Potato Straw Cake
One of my favorite saturday morning breakfasts--grated potatoes, salted, with a bit of dill and pepper, fried until crispy in grapeseed oil. Add the optional sauteed onions and cheddar cheese, and voila--a yummy breakfast (Now if I could only find some decent sausages . . . )
